We're currently building a new HO layout at the club but it's much larger than the dimensions which interest you, so I don't know that we'd have any plans which may be of help. Have you checked the Kalmbach Books website? They sell a good many books on HO layout design, planning, and construction, many with a focus on a size similar to yours:
The model railroading magazines also typically have a track plan article or two in each issue, as another source. If you have something specific in mind please feel free to ask or, even better, stop by the club most Wednesday evenings or Saturday afternoons and ask the members about track planning -- we always welcome visitors! Regards,
